1. Provide exceptional customer service, advice, and sales of BVLGARI products, both in-store and at other Group locations.
2. Participate in exhibitions, sales events, and other activities organized by BVLGARI stores.
3. Execute stock management operations according to established procedures and participate in inventory counts.
4. Oversee after-sales service activities, ensuring high-quality service.
5. Perform sales administration tasks, including client database management and data entry verification.
6. Receive and inspect merchandise, record purchase transactions, and label products appropriately.
7. Maintain store cleanliness and orderliness.
8. Liaise with headquarters teams.
9. Adhere to store safety regulations.

1. Proven experience in luxury sales, preferably in jewelry or watchmaking.
2. Strong product sensitivity and understanding of complex products.
3. Commitment to excellence in customer service.
