1. Welcome clients, ensure their comfort, and notify sales associates for prompt assistance; serve beverages and support sales associates during transactions.
2. Participate in exhibitions, sales events, and other activities organized by BVLGARI stores.
3. Manage stock operations according to established procedures and assist with inventory alongside the Back Office team.
4. Perform sales administration tasks, including client database management and data entry verification.
5. Execute any additional tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the store as directed by supervisors and company procedures.
6. Receive and inspect merchandise, record purchase transactions, and label supplies appropriately.
7. Maintain store orderliness and cleanliness.
8. Liaise with the head office.
9. Adhere to store safety regulations.
10. Support management in creating staff schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and suggesting improvements for efficiency.
11. Monitor store KPIs such as client feedback and mystery shopping results, share insights with the team, and implement improvement actions.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree in business or marketing.
