Bvlgari Sales Assistant and Operations Support Intern

- Greet clients and manage their waiting experience, ensuring prompt attention from sales associates; provide beverage service and assist during sales interactions.
- Participate in exhibitions, sales events, and other store-organized activities.
- Conduct stock management operations in accordance with established procedures, support inventory processes, and assist the Back Office team.
- Oversee after-sales service activities, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including client database management and data entry verification.
- Perform various store operations as directed by superiors and company procedures.
- Receive, verify, and record merchandise transactions, ensuring accurate labeling and system entry.
- Maintain store cleanliness and orderliness.
- Coordinate with the head office as needed.
- Adhere to store safety protocols.
- Support management in schedule planning, ensuring optimal staffing levels; propose improvements for operational efficiency.
- Monitor store KPIs, including client feedback and mystery shopping results, and collaborate with the team to implement improvement actions.
- Higher education in business or marketing.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interest in jewelry and watchmaking.
