Bvlgari Sales Assistant and Operations Support Intern

1. Welcome clients, assist them while waiting, and notify sales staff for prompt service; provide beverage service and support sales staff during transactions.
2. Participate in exhibitions, sales, and events organized by Bvlgari stores.
3. Perform stock management operations according to established procedures and assist with inventory and back-office support.
4. Monitor after-sales service activities and ensure quality.
5. Handle sales administration tasks, including customer database management and data entry verification.
6. Perform necessary activities for smooth store operations as directed by supervisors and company procedures.
7. Receive and inspect merchandise, record purchase transactions, and label supplies.
8. Maintain store order and cleanliness.
9. Liaise with the head office.
10. Adhere to store safety regulations.
11. Support management in scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing, and proposing improvements.
12. Track store KPIs such as client feedback and mystery shopping, share insights with the team, and implement improvement actions.
