1. Welcome clients, manage waiting times, and notify sales associates as needed; provide beverage service and assist during sales.
2. Participate in sales exhibitions and events organized by Bvlgari stores.
3. Conduct stock management operations and participate in inventory, supporting the Back Office team.
4. Oversee after-sales service activities, ensuring quality.
5. Perform sales administration tasks, including customer database management and data entry verification.
6. Execute necessary store operations as directed by supervisors and company procedures.
7. Receive and inspect merchandise, record purchase transactions, and label supplies.
8. Maintain store orderliness and cleanliness.
9. Liaise with headquarters.

11. Support management in schedule planning, ensuring adequate staffing and proposing improvements.
12. Monitor store KPIs, including client feedback and mystery shopping, and guide teams in implementing improvements.
