Sales and Operations Support Intern

1. Welcome clients, assist them while waiting, and notify sales staff for prompt service; provide beverages to clients and assist sales staff during transactions
2. Participate in exhibitions, sales, and events organized by Bvlgari stores
3. Ensure hospitality standards in the boutique
4. Monitor after-sales service activities and ensure quality
5. Create media content for the sales team
6. Receive and inspect merchandise
7. Maintain store order and cleanliness
8. Liaise with the head office
9. Adhere to store safety regulations
10. Track store KPIs
11. Perform any other necessary activities for regular store operations

1. Higher education in business or marketing
2. Fluent in English
3. Interest in the jewelry and watchmaking industry
4. Customer service orientation
5. Good interpersonal skills (teamwork, internal/external contacts)
6. Organized and structured, with strong analytical and synthesis skills
7. Responsive, available, and flexible
