1. Welcome clients, manage their waiting experience, and coordinate with sales associates for prompt service; provide beverage service and assist during sales.
2. Participate in exhibitions, sales events, and all store-organized events.
3. Conduct stock management operations following established procedures and support the Back Office team during inventories.
4. Execute all sales administration tasks, including client database management and data entry verification.
5. Perform any other necessary activities for the smooth operation of the store as directed by supervisors and company procedures.
6. Receive and inspect merchandise, record purchase transactions in the system, and label supplies.
7. Maintain store orderliness and cleanliness.
8. Liaise with the headquarters.
9. Adhere to store safety regulations.
10. Support management in schedule planning, ensuring optimal staffing levels, and propose improvements for efficiency.
11. Monitor store KPIs such as client feedback and mystery shopping results, share insights with the team, and implement regular follow-ups and improvement actions.

1. Higher education in business or marketing school

1. Fluent in English
2. Strong interest in jewelry and watchmaking

5. Organized and structured with strong analytical and synthesis skills
