1. Welcome clients, manage waiting times, and assist sales staff during transactions.
2. Participate in exhibitions and events organized by Bvlgari stores.
3. Manage stock operations and support back-office inventory processes.
4. Oversee after-sales service activities to ensure quality.
5. Handle sales administration tasks including customer database management and data entry verification.
6. Receive and verify merchandise, record purchase transactions, and label supplies.
7. Maintain store cleanliness and order.
8. Liaise with headquarters for operational alignment.
9. Adhere to store safety protocols.
10. Support management in staff scheduling and propose improvements.
11. Monitor store KPIs such as client feedback and mystery shopping results, and assist in implementing improvement actions.

1. Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or communication.
