Bvlgari Sales Administrator

- Manage stock entries and exits using dedicated IT tools.
- Ensure reception, quality control, and management of products.
- Plan and analyze discrepancies in rotating and general inventories.
- Oversee and track Haute Horlogerie-Joaillerie flows.
- Coordinate customs and tax refund operations with service providers.
- Manage and reconcile cash registers in collaboration with the accounting team.
- Contribute to after-sales service activities and boutique-related events.
- Ensure compliance with current procedures and confidentiality rules.
- Higher education degree.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a sales administrator in a commercial environment.
- Proficiency in information systems and quick adaptability.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate quickly into a team.
- Proficiency in office tools and processing software (SAP / Excel).
- Good command of English.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within a commercial setting is required.
Higher education degree required.
