1. Manage stock entries and exits using dedicated IT tools.
2. Ensure reception, quality control, and management of products.
3. Plan and analyze discrepancies in rotating and general inventories.
4. Oversee and track Haute Horlogerie-Joaillerie flows.
5. Coordinate customs and tax refund operations with service providers.
6. Manage and reconcile cash registers in collaboration with the accounting team.
7. Contribute to after-sales service activities and boutique-related events.
8. Ensure compliance with current procedures and confidentiality rules.

1. Higher education degree.
2. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a sales administrator in a commercial environment.

1. Proficiency in information systems and quick adaptability.
2. Meticulous and organized.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate quickly into a team.
4. Proficiency in office tools and processing software (SAP / Excel).
5. Good command of English.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within a commercial setting is required.

Higher education degree required.
