Bvlgari Sales Administrator

- Administer boutique operations including supplies, client hospitality, packaging, stationery, and miscellaneous store needs.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager on the organization of the back office and sales floor, including product and supply arrangement.
- Organize random and cyclical inventory processes, both quarterly and annually, for products and packaging.
- Support and coordinate boutique opening, daily counting, and reconciliation with SAP, ensuring correct price labeling and traffic count entry into SAP.
- Manage daily product transfers and receptions, ensuring accurate system entry.
- Reconcile daily sales, close terminals and systems, and process daily sales invoicing in EDICOM, where applicable.
- Handle invoice processing in iValua, security, cleaning, and other services required by the boutique within the billing month.
- Manage and control sales documentation, discounts, gifts, product entries and exits, and maintain the boutique's archive.
- Prepare and send cash shipments weekly with the designated provider, where applicable.
- Assist the Store Manager in uniform management, from order receipt to distribution and collection upon employee departure.
- Support the Store Manager in renewing documentation and permits for boutique operations, where applicable.
- Assist in reviewing vulnerable documents for proper completion.
- Aid in preparing and managing loan requests and shootings as requested by the boutique.
- Provide customer service on the sales floor as needed by boutique operations.
- Completed high school education, university degree preferred.
- Proficiency in English is desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years in inventory control.
- At least 2 years in administrative activities.
- Experience with invoice control systems for at least 1 year.
- Minimum of 2 years in administrative roles, preferably in Retail or Hospitality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and administrative systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
High school diploma required, university degree preferred.
