Bvlgari Sales Administrator

- Manage and supervise store operations administration, including quarterly and annual inventory activities.
- Advise on back-office activities such as data entry, product receiving, and inventory management.
- Perform after-sales service activities, including coordinating repairs and shipments.
- Conduct weekly price tagging activities and manage customer inquiries.
- Contact IT/system suppliers for hardware/software issues and manage store maintenance.
- Support administrative tasks such as roster planning, leave management, and petty cash claims.
- Coordinate in-store customer events and support sales through gift wrapping and payment assistance.
- Prepare various reports for the Store Manager, including consumption and sales reports.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties and provide support as needed.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the luxury business and store procedures.
- Understanding of CRM techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in store operation applications (Beanstore, CRM, SAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
