Bvlgari Sales Administrator

- Manage and supervise store operations administration, including inventory activities and reporting stock discrepancies.
- Advise on back-office activities such as data entry, product receiving, and managing discrepancies with regional logistics.
- Perform after-sales service activities, including coordinating repairs and shipments.
- Conduct weekly price tagging activities and manage customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and repairs.
- Coordinate with IT/system suppliers for hardware/software issues and manage store maintenance with suppliers/vendors.
- Support administration tasks, including security management, vendor coordination, and petty cash management.
- Assist with in-store customer events and support sales through gift wrapping and payment processes.
- Manage uniform orders and prepare various reports for the Store Manager, including sales and CRM gifting reports.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties and support as needed.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the luxury business and store procedures.
- Proficiency in CRM techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with store operation applications such as Beanstore, CRM, and SAP.
- Competence in Microsoft Windows.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
