Bvlgari Sales Administrator

- Advise on all back-office activities, including data entry into the appropriate software system, product receiving at the store, and managing discrepancies between physical items received and invoices.
- Manage and supervise store stock and storage, including all related cycle, quarterly, and annual inventory activities.
- Perform after-sale service activities, such as coordinating item repairs, contacting repair centers, and organizing shipments, while providing timely updates to sales staff.
- Conduct tagging activities for all items, from product receiving to repricing.
- Contact IT/system suppliers in case of hardware/software malfunctions or damage.
- Coordinate with suppliers for store maintenance issues, providing updates to the store manager.
- Assist sales staff throughout the sales process, from customer welcome to payment and packaging.
- Possess knowledge of VAT processes and procedures.
- Support ecommerce activities, including shipping, product labeling, and packaging.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar position within Bulgari or another luxury product company.
- Technical knowledge of the luxury business
- Proficiency in selling skills and store procedures
- CRM techniques and tools
- Familiarity with store operation applications such as Beanstore, CRM, and SAP

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector is required.
