1. Advise on back-office activities, including data entry into software systems and managing product receiving at the store.
2. Supervise store stock and storage, including quarterly and annual inventory activities.
3. Perform after-sales service activities, including managing item repairs and providing updates to sales staff.
4. Conduct tagging activities for all items, from product receiving to repricing.
5. Contact IT/system suppliers for hardware/software malfunctions.
6. Coordinate with suppliers for store maintenance issues and update the store manager.
7. Assist sales staff during the sales process, from customer welcome to payment and packaging.
8. Understand and manage VAT processes and procedures.
9. Support ecommerce activities, including shipping, product labeling, and packaging.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within Bulgari or another luxury company.

1. Technical skills in luxury business operations.
2. Proficiency in store procedures and CRM techniques.
3. Experience with store operation applications such as Beanstore, CRM, and SAP.
4. Strong customer orientation and selling skills.
5. Flexibility, integrity, and trustworthiness.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within Bulgari or another luxury company is required.
