1. Enhance store operational efficiency by refining processes, tools, and programs, collaborating with support functions such as IT, Finance, Marketing, Security, Sales, Training, Logistics, and HR.
2. Provide recommendations to Central Retail Operations on process gaps and bottlenecks to address store challenges.
3. Partner with Central Retail Operations for local adaptation and implementation of retail projects, initiatives, and operational guidelines.
4. Conduct regular store visits to monitor needs, optimize teamwork, and resolve operational issues.
5. Facilitate the introduction of new tools, technology, and processes in stores, ensuring adoption and engagement.
6. Analyze and report on store performance, including KPIs, sales, and feedback.
7. Act as a liaison between Store Managers and local/central departments to ensure smooth communication.
8. Support local retail structure in network development, store openings, and renovations.

1. University graduate or higher
2. Proficiency in Mandarin and English

A minimum of 10 years in retail or luxury industry in a similar position is required.
