Bvlgari Retail Manager

- Formulate strategic plans in collaboration with the Regional Director and store managers to drive sales growth within the region.
- Ensure store profitability by managing expenses relative to revenues.
- Network within the luxury goods industry to stay abreast of market trends and business dynamics.
- Manage approximately 150-200 boutique staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.
- Enhance the sales organization's effectiveness through coaching, counseling, rewarding, and recognizing team members.
- Ensure adherence to retail policies, procedures, and corporate retail service standards for sales, loss prevention, and store operations.
- Provide strategic management and support of retail operations, guiding store sales results to achieve budget targets.
- Promote, establish, and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients, such as department stores.
- Identify and understand internal and external customers' needs, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the high-end luxury industry.
- Experience managing multiple retail locations and large teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
- Customer focus, integrity, and trust.
- Growth mindset.
- Knowledge of store processes and procedures across different store typologies.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Strong people management skills, including team building, coaching, empowering, and motivating.
- Proficiency in managing and analyzing figures.

- PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Minimum of 5 years in the high-end luxury industry, with experience managing multiple retail locations and large teams.
