1. Assist in managing and enhancing retail team tools and resources.
2. Collaborate on the implementation of retail experience initiatives within stores.
3. Support retail teams and stores in excellence management and administrative tasks, including scheduling, SharePoint animation, and budget management.
4. Elevate hospitality standards in stores in accordance with the animation plan.
5. Enhance grooming standards and manage uniform requests for store teams.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, sales, finance, consultancy, or related fields.

1. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and Macros.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
3. Dynamic, multitasking, and open-minded attitude.
4. Passion for retail and client experience.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, sales, finance, consultancy, or related fields is required.
