1. Ensure all retail locations adhere to Bulgari’s brand guidelines, maintaining high operational and visual standards.
2. Conduct regular store visits and audits to enhance customer experience and brand visibility.
3. Act as the liaison between Dubai headquarters and local teams to execute corporate strategies seamlessly.
4. Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management.
5. Support sales teams in recruiting, onboarding, and training retail staff.
6. Oversee staff planning and manage uniform distribution to maintain brand consistency.
7. Lead the execution of visual merchandising updates and new product launches.
8. Manage store renovations and refurbishments, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance store performance and provide regular reports on retail execution.
10. Develop strategies to improve the ranking of Bulgari Parfums' core brands within each point of sale.

1. 5+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in luxury beauty, fragrance, or fashion.
2. Strong knowledge of Travel Retail and Domestic Market dynamics in the Middle East.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of retail analytics tools.
4. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
5. Willingness to travel frequently across the region.

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury beauty, fragrance, or fashion sectors.
