Bvlgari Retail Area Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Store Managers to achieve sales and profitability targets across Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
- Implement commercial action plans aligned with company strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Drive sales performance through a clear vision and structured roadmap for each store.
- Collaborate with the Retail Experience Director to anticipate retail environment changes and integrate the brand's global strategy.
- Define and implement merchandising strategies with the local merchandising team and Store Managers.
- Ensure the highest level of display quality and store conditions consistent with brand strategy.
- Promote a client development mindset to maximize sales results.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and Store Managers to support in-store activities and events.
- Ensure smooth store operations and adherence to grooming guidelines through regular visits and communication.
- Facilitate best practices sharing among all stores within the region.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
