1. Lead and inspire a team of Store Managers to achieve sales and profitability targets across Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
2. Implement commercial action plans aligned with company strategies to meet revenue targets.
3. Drive sales performance through a clear vision and structured roadmap for each store.
4. Collaborate with the Retail Experience Director to anticipate retail environment changes and integrate the brand's global strategy.
5. Define and implement merchandising strategies with the local merchandising team and Store Managers.
6. Ensure the highest level of display quality and store conditions consistent with brand strategy.
7. Promote a client development mindset to maximize sales results.
8. Collaborate with the Marketing team and Store Managers to support in-store activities and events.
9. Ensure smooth store operations and adherence to grooming guidelines through regular visits and communication.
10. Facilitate best practices sharing among all stores within the region.
