1. Lead the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
2. Coordinate the entire recruitment cycle, from job description creation to candidate assessment.
3. Serve as a liaison for internal clients, managing relationships from planning to hiring.
4. Enhance supplier networks by reviewing contracts and monitoring quality and budget.
5. Oversee the recruitment budget, optimizing results.
6. Facilitate internal mobility within Bulgari and LVMH brands, maintaining communication with HR counterparts.
7. Analyze and track yearly mobility KPIs.
8. Develop strategic partnerships with educational institutions to support employer branding initiatives.
9. Contribute to employer branding strategy and content development, collaborating with social media and communication teams.

1. University degree
2. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably in Marketing & Communication roles

2. Expertise in interview and assessment techniques
3. Ability to administer personality and psycho-attitudinal questionnaires
4. Competence in budget management and reporting
5. Fluency in English

A minimum of 4 years in a similar recruitment role, with a preference for experience in Marketing & Communication.

University degree required.
