Bvlgari Public Relations Manager

- Develop and implement the public relations strategy for the Bvlgari Hotel Paris, in alignment with the global strategy from the headquarters in Rome.
- Draft press releases, media kits, and website content, and manage invitations.
- Organize and coordinate press and influencer events, including media stays, press trips, and product launches.
- Coordinate and produce content for interviews with brand spokespersons.
- Establish and maintain a public relations calendar and manage the hotel's external relations network.
- Enhance the visibility of Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts in local media and participate in press trips for openings as needed.
- Oversee and animate the Bvlgari Hotel Paris Instagram account in collaboration with a dedicated social media agency.
- Contribute to editorial planning and execution of innovative content in partnership with specialized agencies.
- Create, coordinate, and deploy monthly content for digital platforms, press, and social media, coordinating with internal teams during shoots.
- Design and manage cross-functional projects to enhance the image and visibility of Bvlgari Hotel Paris.
- Coordinate events and activations related to the Bvlgari brand and key milestones.
- Monitor the communication and public relations budget with the hotel's Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Manage administrative operations related to communication, including expenses and archiving.
- Conduct press and digital coverage monitoring and reporting.
- Maintain a centralized library/archive for PR and media information, as well as an image database.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Digital (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media within the luxury sector
- Proven ability to demonstrate creativity and excellence in execution and organization
- Ability to work effectively in a team with a strong collective and collaborative spirit
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous
- Exceptional social media knowledge and skills
- Outstanding writing and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
