Bvlgari Production Scheduler

- Allocate monthly production plans, balancing workloads and optimizing available capacity based on staff skills and equipment potential, while determining any necessary outsourcing.
- Monitor weekly scheduling progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client priorities.
- Identify and promptly address critical situations and bottlenecks, such as kit release delays, machine breakdowns, or material shortages, by devising appropriate action plans.
- Prioritize critical or delayed production lines, coordinating with various departments such as Production, Logistics, Quality Control, and Outsourcing Manufacturing.
- Track the progress of new launches, first batches, samples, and event products, ensuring timely communication with department heads.
- Manage orders in SAP according to defined schedules, including conversions, dating, assignments, revisions, and technical closures, while adapting to unforeseen events.
- Utilize and optimize the capacity leveling tool (CRP) in response to necessary process and flow changes.
- Maintain a daily KPI dashboard to monitor delivery performance and weekly targets.
- Periodically review work-in-progress (WIP) metrics, expressed in hours and metal weight.
- Participate in business projects and support process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning or production scheduling.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes and flows.
- Strong quantitative data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
- Aptitude for using IT tools.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Operational effectiveness and result orientation.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
