Bvlgari Product Merchandising Analyst

1. Oversee the Portfolio and Merchandising guidelines booklets, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
2. Propose improvements to enhance the readability and effectiveness of the Guidelines.
3. Conduct simulations of future assortments to identify constraints for the drafting of Merchandising Guidelines.
4. Collaborate on developing the Visual Merchandising Guidelines brief for Jewelry & Watches.
5. Maintain and update the Product database, serving as the main pillar of merchandising booklets and analyses.
6. Coordinate with Business Units’ Product Managers for the launch of new products and management of existing product life cycles.
7. Liaise with other Sales teams to define the third parties’ assortments.
8. Manage and update documents provided to Local Merchandisers, including Merchandising Guidelines, Phase out & Classification changes list, and Novelties booklet.
9. Assist the Manager in analyzing and reporting on the sales performance of the product assortment.

1. Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering
2. 2/3 years of experience in roles requiring strong analytical skills, with experience in database management, data cleaning, and number crunching (preferably within consultancy firms)
3. Fluency in Italian and English
