Bvlgari Jewelry & Watches Product Merchandising Analyst

- Oversee the Portfolio and Merchandising guidelines booklets, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Propose enhancements to improve the readability and effectiveness of the guidelines.
- Conduct simulations of future assortments to identify constraints for drafting Merchandising Guidelines.
- Collaborate on developing the Visual Merchandising Guidelines brief for Jewelry & Watches.
- Maintain and update the Product database, serving as the main pillar of merchandising booklets and analyses.
- Coordinate with Business Units’ Product Managers for the launch of new products and management of existing product life cycles.
- Liaise with other Sales teams to define third parties’ assortments.
- Manage and update documents provided to Local Merchandisers, including Merchandising Guidelines, Phase out & Classification changes list, and Novelties booklet.
- Assist the Manager in analyzing and reporting on the sales performance of the product assortment.
- Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in roles requiring strong analytical skills, preferably within consultancy firms.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of Power BI.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical roles, with expertise in database management, data cleaning, and number crunching.
Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
