1. Support top management in defining the portfolio marketing strategy for the jewelry category, focusing on consumer targeting, product concept, price positioning, and distribution channels.
2. Evaluate performance analysis on collections and market trends to identify business opportunities, including new market segments and product line extensions.
3. Guide the development of product marketing briefs in alignment with brand strategy and oversee the product development process with relevant stakeholders.
4. Supervise the product portfolio and lifecycle of assigned collections, proposing corrective marketing and product plans as necessary.
5. Implement current year launches in collaboration with Central Merchandising and Supply Chain departments to ensure product availability and accurate sales forecasting.
6. Collaborate with the Global Brand & Communication department to ensure alignment with the brand's long-term strategy and positioning through effective communication plans.
7. Coordinate cross-collection activities within the internal JBU Marketing team, including market liaison, process improvements, and campaign execution.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within jewelry brands.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.
3. Proficiency in IT applications such as SAP/ERP, BW, and MS Office.
