- Manage forecasting and purchase orders for packaging and sales support materials, ensuring adherence to stock-target and budget guidelines while guaranteeing timely deliveries and quality standards.
- Implement, review, and update purchase plan models and tools to align with distribution channels and business needs, conducting gap analyses and proposing improvements.
- Monitor stock KPIs and market trends to maintain sustainable stock levels and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Support customer service and regional teams with stock availability and coverage, overseeing planning and replenishment processes across all distribution channels.
- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers for packaging and sales support materials on a global scale.
- Develop and enhance supplier evaluations using KPIs, sharing analysis results, providing feedback to management, and proposing actions for improvement.
- Identify and evaluate alternative purchasing solutions, including suppliers, networks, and materials.
- Serve as the primary contact for warehouse operations in Ireland.
- Assist in defining the annual budget and expenditure for the department.
- Manage material master data.
- Third-level qualification or professional qualification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in planning, coordination, and logistics flow
- Experience in the fashion or luxury environment preferred
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI
- Strong numerical, quantitative, and qualitative data analysis skills
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, procedures, and contract management
- Understanding of production, logistics, and sales processes
- Project and budget management skills

- Effective cross-organizational communication

- Operational effectiveness and result orientation
- Fluency in English; Italian is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, coordination, and logistics flow, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
