- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, ensuring alignment with economic targets and legal requirements.
- Manage the execution of action plans to enhance purchasing processes and implement methods and tools.
- Conduct end-to-end sourcing processes, including internal brief definition, benchmarking, value analysis, and contract management.
- Develop and review supplier networks through market scouting and evaluation based on capabilities, quality, cost, innovation, and service level.
- Ensure regular analysis of supplier network evolution and relevant market indicators.
- Foster long-term supplier partnerships while optimizing costs and processes.
- Identify new suppliers through market intelligence, ensuring alignment with brand values and quality standards.
- Define and establish KPIs and reporting documents to monitor performance and efficiencies.
- Provide analysis and reporting on purchasing activities and projects.
- Update management through regular business reviews.
- Contribute to procurement transformation by identifying digitalization and optimization opportunities.
- Integrate industry trends and new technologies into category strategies.
- Lead or support cross-functional initiatives for standardization and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sustainability and Legal teams to incorporate ESG goals into sourcing strategies.
- Monitor market dynamics and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure supplier compliance with Bulgari's ESG standards.
- Degree in Economics; specialization in Procurement, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- 5–7 years of experience in similar roles within luxury, FMCG, advertising, or agency ecosystems.
- Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus.
- Proficient in procurement best practices and tools such as Source-to-Contract and Spend Analysis.
- Experience in contract negotiation and vendor performance management.
- Familiarity with category management and supplier innovation management principles.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and ability to prioritize activities.
- Results-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in dynamic environments.
- Strategic thinking with operational rigor.
A minimum of 5 years managing procurement activities within luxury, FMCG, advertising, or agency sectors.
Degree in Economics; specialization in Procurement, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
