- Identify and express training and coaching needs related to client relationship management.

- Share best practices to enhance overall client engagement strategies.
- Contribute to defining high-end sales objectives with Country, Retail, and Store Directors.
- Anticipate client needs, mobilize internal teams, and ensure a seamless high-end sales process.
- Lead the sales journey by creating a compelling and personalized experience.
- Maintain client excitement post-sale by ensuring seamless logistics and administrative follow-ups.
- Uphold the brand’s ethics and policies in all interactions and transactions.
- Manage after-sales concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance high-end client engagement.
- Leverage all brand touchpoints to strengthen client relationships.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance the client experience.
- Provide valuable feedback on assortment, tools, processes, and overall client experience improvements.
- Share best practices to refine high-end sales strategies.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury client relationship management or a related field.
- Clienteling and relationship building with UHNW individuals.
- Strong social intelligence and etiquette.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and their entourage.
- Mastery of conversation and social expressiveness.
- Confidence in engaging with successful, influential individuals.
- Strategic and structured approach to networking and prospecting.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and social media for client engagement.
