1. Create basic press materials for External Relations activities, including press releases, PPT documents, Excel reports, and photo reports.
2. Manage and maintain the brand image within given guidelines.
3. Plan and execute press presentations.
4. Support corporate events.
5. Proactively maintain relationships with press and VIP endorsements.

1. Deep understanding of luxury and hospitality.
2. More than 5 years of experience in an External Relations department or Media industry.
3. Well-connected with Japanese media and KOL, with good knowledge of international media.
4. Familiarity with digital communication and social media platforms.
5. Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Japanese.
6. Knowledge of event coordination, including logistics and security.
7. Knowledge of press kits and announcement letters.
