- Conduct supplier performance reviews and address issues.
- Issue purchase orders and manage the procurement cycle from order to delivery.
- Allocate demand to suppliers based on product categories and market timing.
- Optimize storage solutions to minimize costs while maintaining stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance.
- Prepare and present regular procurement metrics reports to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- University degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in planning (supply, manufacturing, inventory, or demand).
- Proficiency in data analysis and strong mathematical skills.
- Experience with SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; French or Italian is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in planning processes.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in planning, supply chain, or procurement roles.
