2. Develop procurement plans aligned with production capacity and business needs.
3. Establish and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers.
4. Conduct supplier performance reviews and address issues.
5. Issue purchase orders and manage the procurement cycle from order to delivery.
6. Allocate demand to suppliers based on product categories and market timing.
7. Optimize storage solutions to minimize costs while maintaining stock levels.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
9. Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
10. Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
11. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery.
12. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance.
13. Prepare and present regular procurement metrics reports to management.
14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives.
15. Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

1. University degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
2. 2-3 years of experience in planning (supply, manufacturing, inventory, or demand).
3. Proficiency in data analysis and strong mathematical skills.
4. Experience with SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
5. Fluent in English; French or Italian is a plus.
