- Design and develop the omnichannel strategy and business, engaging all relevant stakeholders across departments such as Global Marketing & Communication, Business Units, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure integrated and prioritized action plans.
- Develop and refine the omnichannel operating model, including processes, platforms, and new functions, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement through effective monitoring.
- Oversee and coordinate all omnichannel project streams to ensure strategic alignment and capability development.
- Develop and evolve the Customer Care operating model, establishing guidelines and client support standards while monitoring KPIs.
- Drive the CRM strategy to establish a robust Lead & Prospect/Customer Management program, investing in CRM skills development across regions and teams.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain to oversee planning and allocation strategies, providing feedback aligned with omnichannel objectives.
- Partner with Digital Marketing and Sales teams to define and enhance the omnichannel user experience across stores and online platforms.
- Support the assessment and evolution of omnichannel store operations, focusing on e-commerce user experience, in-store app development, and integration with in-store processes and systems.
- Collaborate with Merchandising to ensure e-commerce needs are considered in the overall assortment analysis.
- Lead and review the e-commerce budget planning and revision, integrating closely with other Retail functions to ensure constant monitoring and corrective actions based on business opportunities and priorities.
- Provide input and feedback to the Digital Communication & Content team to align communication packages with omnichannel requirements.
- Develop and refine omnichannel metrics and reporting to measure performance using a 'test & learn' approach, ensuring regular updates at Company and Group levels.
- Partner with IT to plan and prioritize omnichannel projects and activities, optimizing resources and budget allocation while leveraging the latest trends and technologies.
- Continuously assess and benchmark competition and industry trends, suggesting enhancements and challenging existing processes to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Nurture and enhance omnichannel team skills globally, fostering a collaborative and committed community.
- Master’s degree in Business Economics or equivalent.
- 7-10 years of experience as an Ecommerce/Omnichannel Director or in similar roles, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry with a focus on marketing or retail.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing omnichannel strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and experience design.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Fluency in English and Italian. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and orchestrate different teams and projects in a complex environment.
