1. Define boutique assortment according to boutique cluster and differentiate boutique specialty while adhering to corporate guidelines.
2. Develop budget and sales targets by collection, monitor sales, and create action plans to achieve targets.
3. Formulate and analyze sales and stock, providing necessary reports and identifying opportunities for stakeholders including Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HQ.
4. Monitor assortment and setup for store openings in cooperation with Product Visual Merchandising.
5. Collect market intelligence and competitors’ information to develop action plans that address business needs.
6. Ensure strong collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, CRM, Product Visual Merchandising, Logistics, and HQ.
7. Act as a liaison between regions and HQ to collect feedback from boutiques and HQ.
8. Build strong relationships with the Merchandising team in China to develop a holistic action plan for Greater China.
9. Work closely with Supply Chain on distribution strategy and delivery-related issues, reflecting Target Stock Level needs in advance to meet business requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Fluent in both Chinese and English
3. Minimum 10 years of merchandising experience in the luxury market
4. In-depth knowledge of the luxury retail jewelry business
5. Familiarity with watches is advantageous
6. Understanding of retail processes, guidelines, and procedures
7. Knowledge of the relevant market, including competitors and the luxury business
8. Understanding of supply chain and distribution processes

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
2. Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

A minimum of 10 years of experience in merchandising within the luxury market is required.
