1. Support media campaign execution by collecting and integrating media assets into launch reports.
2. Organize campaign materials from global teams and vendors, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
3. Facilitate communication with mall landlords for OOH advertising, including legal reviews and contract management.
4. Oversee installation and verification of OOH campaigns, providing proof of performance and post-campaign reports.
5. Manage product loans for shoots, coordinating with PR, logistics, retail, and e-commerce teams.
6. Collaborate on translation and proofreading of English/Chinese branding materials.
7. Create and issue purchase orders, processing vendor payments accurately and timely.
8. Arrange internal meetings and document meeting notes.
9. Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested.

1. Undergraduate or graduate student from a relevant field, available at least 4 days per week.
2. Great command of written and spoken English.

Ideally, candidates should have experience in a marketing position within the retail industry of well-known brands.
