Bvlgari Marketing Senior Specialist

- Lead and coordinate all marketing activities, leveraging interdepartmental functions and business partners.
- Elevate brand image and operations in local markets to enhance client experience.
- Ensure perfect execution and deployment of brand guidelines by business partners.
- Increase brand visibility and desirability.
- Cascade top-level brand and country strategy across all areas of activity.
- Define and propose BTL and ATL investment strategy, managing A&P activity reporting.
- Manage communication flow between the brand and business partners, coordinating marketing activities.
- Define and implement the annual marketing plan with MEA Marketing and Commercial Team.
- Plan and execute local events, including boutique activations and commercial fairs.
- Order and monitor catalogues and paper materials, ensuring up-to-date POS visuals.
- Collaborate on CRM strategy development with Franchisee and Travel Retail partners.
- Maintain support on company-level presentations such as 3 Year Plan and Business Reviews.
- Develop and forecast GWP needs across all channels and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with commercial team and business partners to execute marketing activation plans.
- Work with Communication, Digital Marketing, and PR Teams to build effective 360 plans.
- Monitor and report on activation effectiveness, providing insights for optimization.
- Track and report on budget allocation for each activity to ensure ROI.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage budgets and report on financial activities.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Knowledge of CRM strategies and implementation.
- Capability to build and maintain relationships with business partners.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
