Bvlgari Marketing Manager - Trade and Events

- Develop and implement the annual Trade Marketing & Events calendar in alignment with brand strategy and regional priorities.
- Lead the planning, execution, and orchestration of luxury events, including product launches, high jewelry events, and boutique activations.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders, the Central Marketing Team, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Monitor competitor events to identify emerging trends and areas for differentiation.
- Manage the full event lifecycle, including concept development, budget management, logistics, and post-event reporting.
- Ensure all events reflect Bulgari's luxury positioning and deliver elevated experiences.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, and luxury service providers.
- Define and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on KPI frameworks and commercial objectives.
- Drive a culture of performance accountability through insights and learnings from post-event reviews.
- Manage trade marketing and events budgets, ensuring cost control and effective allocation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on trade and events within the luxury sector.
- Excellent project management and planning skills.
