Bvlgari Marketing Manager - Trade and Events

- Develop the annual Trade Marketing & Events calendar in alignment with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of luxury events, including product launches, high jewelry events, and boutique activations.
- Manage the full event lifecycle, from concept development to post-event reporting, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
- Coordinate 360° marketing initiatives, acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Retail team and other cross-functional departments.
- Define and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, aligning with commercial and CRM objectives.
- Manage trade marketing and events budgets, ensuring effective allocation and cost control.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or event management within the luxury sector.
- Exceptional project management and planning skills.
- Strong budgeting and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in IT applications, including Office and internet search engines.
- Client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in working methods.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Creative thinking and ideation abilities.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or event management within the luxury sector is required.
