1. Assist in the organization and coordination of events.
2. Support logistics, guest list management, and material preparation.
3. Facilitate communication and coordination with external agencies and vendors.
4. Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and reconcile invoices.
5. Support on-site event organization to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experience.
6. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
7. Manage invoice and billing processes for media and events.
8. Assist with general day-to-day tasks for both ATL and BTL to ensure efficient department operations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
3. International experience or exposure is considered advantageous.
