- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans and activations for Directly Operated Stores (DOS), Travel Retail, and support Wholesale partners.
- Identify and collaborate with third parties for database mining to recruit clients across various spending thresholds, from regular business to high jewelry.
- Design and execute events aimed at enhancing brand visibility, increasing store traffic, recruiting new clients, and boosting consumer engagement.
- Implement creative and data-driven SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Retail and CRM teams to support key client management and align marketing strategies with sales growth.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and conducting ROI analysis for all activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of trade marketing experience, including at least 2-3 years in a management role, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or jewelry sector.
- Strong understanding of retail environments and promotional strategies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM or trade marketing tools is an advantage.
- Creative thinker with a passion for the jewelry industry and a keen eye for detail.
Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a management role within the luxury, fashion, or jewelry sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
