Bvlgari Marketing and CRM Assistant Intern

- Assist in monitoring marketing budgets in collaboration with Marketing Project Managers, including expense tracking and budget alignment.
- Participate in e-commerce initiatives and actions.
- Contribute to the deployment of customer experiences and support retail outlets in client development requests.
- Participate in the implementation of CRM strategies across all network boutiques.
- Oversee the deployment of CRM plans and manage related actions and events, including sales team support, data extraction, action proposals, and campaign profitability tracking.
- Aid retail teams in enhancing customer experience through clienteling tools.
- Collaborate with the Training team to develop tailored training programs.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor e-commerce projects.
- Currently enrolled in a business school (Gap Year, M1/M2).
- Successful completion of a prior internship.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for report writing and daily communication with headquarters in Rome.
- Understanding of the luxury sector's marketing mix, including sales, distribution, communication, and merchandising, with a strong affinity for this domain.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and internal/external communications.
- Organized, structured, with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and flexible.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Entry-level, suitable for candidates with prior internship experience.
Currently pursuing higher education in a business school (Gap Year, M1/M2).
