- Manage and supervise warehouse and transportation operations through third-party logistics providers and carriers, ensuring adherence to E-commerce standard operating procedures.
- Monitor daily E-commerce order fulfillment rates, maintaining high packing standards.
- Act as a liaison between Bulgari China and the warehouse team, ensuring all requirements are communicated effectively to third-party logistics providers.
- Oversee E-commerce quality inspections to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
- Monitor E-commerce stock levels and collaborate with the E-commerce and planning teams to address stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Develop manpower and resource plans in accordance with E-commerce workload volumes, particularly during key campaign periods.
- Address and resolve complaints, coordinating action plans with third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor sales supporting material stock levels and develop demand plans for procurement.
- Analyze logistics costs related to E-commerce transportation and operations to identify areas for optimization.
- Track shipment status of all E-commerce parcels with transportation carriers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with third-party logistics providers and carriers to track key performance indicator fulfillment rates.
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the effectiveness of SAP, WMS, and OMS systems.
- Conduct routine stock report checks from SAP, WMS, and OMS, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Respond promptly to stakeholder requests and support commercial ad-hoc requirements.
- Lead and support E-commerce related logistics projects and developments.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Expertise in technical regulations related to logistics and E-commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Presentation skills with sound logical thinking.
A minimum of three years of experience in logistics and/or E-commerce within a foreign-invested company, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field.
