1. Analyze logistics and inventory processes in the assigned geographical area, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring compliance.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet service levels and objectives, ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with business strategies.
3. Monitor and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and optimization through effective process control.
4. Act as a troubleshooter for urgent situations, providing excellent customer service for sellable and non-sellable products.
5. Support local and central Finance & Administration on billing processes and month-end activities, and train retail stores on logistics and inventory flows.
6. Contribute to departmental and cross-functional projects, ensuring success in terms of timing, quality, and cost.
7. Stay informed on local customs procedural updates and react promptly to market or economic trends.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or retail industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a relevant field.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.
2. Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
3. Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing market environment.
4. Proficiency in SCM software such as SAP, PowerBI, BW, WMS, and advanced Excel skills.
5. Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.

At least 8 years of experience in the logistics and/or retail industry.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a relevant field.
