The LVMH Institute of Excellence in Craftsmanship, established in 2014, is a prestigious training program designed to perpetuate the esteemed savoir-faire of the LVMH Group across generations. This initiative provides participants with dual training through both partner institutions and the renowned Maisons of the LVMH Group, including Bulgari, Celine, Dior, Fendi, Loro Piana, and Louis Vuitton. The program is committed to nurturing future artisans in the fields of craftsmanship, creation, and sales.

1. Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on high-quality leather craftsmanship.
2. Engage in hands-on prototype creation and product development within the leather goods sector.
3. Collaborate closely with design and material teams to enhance skills in luxury leather goods production.
4. Attend theoretical and practical training sessions, including master classes and brand-focused meetings.
5. Complete a 400-hour internship within one of the LVMH Maisons, gaining real-world experience.

1. Must be unemployed, inactive, or seeking employment.
2. Non-EU citizens must possess a valid work permit.
3. Must be at least 18 years of age.
4. Secondary education diploma required; additional qualifications may apply for those with elementary education only.
5. Residency or domicile in Tuscany is required.

Participants will receive 900 hours of training, including 500 hours of classroom and laboratory instruction and 400 hours of internship experience. The program also includes 30 hours of collective and individual orientation, master classes, and technical language studies in French and English.
