1. Support the organization of all training programs and activities, including venue arrangements, agenda preparation, and attendance tracking.
2. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by managing the logistics of orientation training for new hires.
3. Serve as the primary contact for all external vendors related to learning and development.
4. Handle registration, enrollment, and tracking of training records, as well as relevant reports and data analysis.
5. Manage learning and development payments, including opening purchase orders, invoicing, and processing online approvals.
6. Oversee the management and filing of training contracts.
7. Perform written English/Chinese translation tasks as required.
8. Assist with other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.

1. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and communication with employees at all levels.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, including Pivot Table and VLOOKUP.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Experience with AI tools and a quick learning ability.

No specific experience required, but familiarity with learning and development processes is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
