1. Support the analysis and definition of investment budgets for store projects.
2. Assist local stakeholders in project implementation, timing, and cost control.
3. Conduct thorough analysis of historical project costs for benchmarking.
4. Support supplier selection and collaborate with Procurement for price negotiations.
5. Analyze tenders and determine suitable contractors in coordination with local markets.
6. Supervise contract execution and manage relationships with contractors.
7. Manage and update monitoring files for store planning projects.
8. Review and implement internal procedures within the Architecture office.

1. Engineering Degree
2. 3-5 years of experience in similar roles

6. Fluency in Italian and English
