1. Support the analysis and definition of investment budgets for store projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and cost control from inception to completion.
2. Conduct comprehensive cost analysis of historical projects to establish a benchmarking database.
3. Assist in the supplier selection process, collaborate with Procurement for price negotiations, and oversee contracts with landlords for new store openings.
4. Analyze tenders and coordinate with local markets to select suitable contractors, managing relationships and resolving disputes during the construction phase.
5. Supervise the updating of project monitoring files to maintain an accurate overview of store planning project statuses and costs.
6. Review and implement internal procedures and processes within the Architecture office.

1. Engineering degree
2. 3-5 years of experience in similar roles

1. Proficiency in budget management, cost control, and analysis
2. Expertise in process and procedures management
3. Strong negotiation skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proactive problem-solving approach
6. Fluency in Italian and English, both verbal and written
7. High degree of flexibility

At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within the luxury retail or construction industry.
