1. Develop creative designs for assigned product categories in alignment with Bulgari's creativity guidelines and marketing briefs.
2. Generate innovative ideas based on market trends, jewelry wax settings, and special projects.
3. Create sketches and creative drawings for product categories.
4. Propose creative ideas based on innovative design concepts, considering market trends and product portfolio strategies.
5. Develop creative drawings for special orders from the retail network.
6. Collaborate with the Gems Buying department to integrate available stones and new materials into designs.
7. Work with product constructors and prototype makers to convey aesthetic and volumetric interpretations for product development.
8. Maintain and update the Design Archive with all created drawings.
9. Stay informed about contemporary design trends and Bulgari's heritage, craftsmanship, and technical evolution.
10. Monitor competitors' design offerings and emerging designers.
11. Conduct corporate training on the Design department within the induction program for newcomers.

1. 5-6 years of experience as a Jewelry Designer within the luxury industry.
2. Proficiency in freehand drawing and sketching, with a focus on fine jewelry.
3. Knowledge of luxury business and design trends.
4. Fluency in Italian and English.
5. Proficiency in IT tools, including CAD 3D and Microsoft Office.
