1. Organize and implement quality controls on finished products, components, and repair processes, ensuring adherence to Bulgari's quality specifications.
2. Ensure compliance with defined quality standards for finished products and coordinate Quality Control inspections for internal production.
3. Communicate regularly with the Quality Control team in Italy to ensure quality alignment.
4. Support the management of reported quality issues from the Quality Control team in Italy.
5. Collaborate closely with the polishing team to communicate production needs and provide feedback on finished pieces.
6. Manage workload priorities in accordance with supply planning requirements.
7. Ensure timely and accurate registration of Quality Control reports and information in the systems for relevant reporting.
8. Revise and improve Quality Control processes and supervise their application.
9. Provide feedback on Quality Control results against established quality standards and contribute to the continuous update and improvement of the Quality System.
10. Define and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Control process, proposing corrective actions to improve conformity rates.
11. Ensure and foster the continuous improvement of Bulgari product quality to maintain and enhance their market impact.
12. Cooperate with other departments on initiatives and projects aimed at continuous improvement.
13. Support business events and tours to showcase the quality department, providing expert quality advice when required.
14. Support annual refresher training both in Italy and Dublin.

1. Extensive experience in jewellery making at a large scale.
2. Proficiency in handling raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products for the assigned product category.
3. Expertise in precious metals including gold and platinum.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of gemstones and diamonds.
5. Familiarity with production processes such as goldsmith techniques, polishing, casting, soldering, stone setting, plating, and hallmarking.
6. Proficiency in using jewellery inspection tools such as loupe, mandrels, and calipers.
7. Understanding of quality control standards in the jewellery industry.
8. Knowledge of Quality Management principles and procedures.
9. Experience with incoming and in-process quality control techniques.

Minimum 3 years of experience in jewellery making and quality control.

Opportunity to train with the Quality Control team in Italy for a minimum of 3 months.
