1. Execute the polishing phase according to technical documentation, working cycles, and procedures.
2. Conduct all technical activities related to polishing, including surface adaptation, earrings closing adaptation, manual marking, sanding, trimming, grinding, and cleaning.
3. Utilize technical and manual tools effectively, ensuring no gemology issues and respecting material properties such as gold, silver, platinum, and stainless steel.
4. Perform self-quality control in line with internal quality control procedures.
5. Operate supporting machines like welding lasers, engraving lasers, thermic ovens, automatic marking machines, and sandblasting ultrasonic washing machines.
6. Achieve assigned productivity targets in terms of quantity, lead times, and quality.
7. Manage scrap from the polishing phase and support precious material recovery according to procedures.
8. Propose technical product and process improvements to Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments.
9. Apply Lean principles to maintain and enhance workplace order (5S-Lean).
10. Adhere to Security and Safety rules, including the use of personal protective equipment, and report non-conformities immediately.
11. Assist with safety activities such as fire prevention and first aid.
12. Support inventory activities.

1. In-depth knowledge of product technical specifications.
2. Familiarity with handling tools and techniques.
3. Understanding of materials' chemical properties relevant to the specific phase.
4. Capability for technical polyfunctionality.
5. Awareness of guidelines, procedures, and regulations by international institutions and agreements (e.g., RJC, CoC).

1. Proficiency in IT applications (Office).
2. Experience with WMS systems and SAP.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
