Bvlgari IT Business Analyst - Finance & Administration

1. Monitor and update the status of Finance & Administration applications across all Bulgari legal entities.
2. Assist in preparing and tracking roll-out plans with Local CFOs, considering financial and resource constraints.
3. Provide operational support for corporate IT Finance projects.
4. Facilitate communication between Local Finance teams and the Central IT Department for project implementation and improvement initiatives.
5. Organize periodic meetings with Local CFOs to collect requests, support prioritization, and follow up on action plans.
6. Collaborate with the IT Department to consolidate global CFO needs for new projects and enhancement requests.
7. Monitor Finance & Administration budget and contribute to reporting activities.
8. Track actual spending versus budget and prepare related analyses and presentations.
9. Prepare documentation, process mapping, and user guidelines for application roll-outs and enhancements.
10. Support data collection, validation, and reporting activities related to IT Finance tools performance and adoption.
11. Provide operational and analytical support to the Pricing & Business Controlling team across ongoing initiatives and projects.
12. Support testing phases, issue tracking, and coordination with stakeholders during system implementations or upgrades.

1. University degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar disciplines.
2. 1 year of experience in Controlling, Finance, IT Finance, or Business Analysis roles.

1. Basic understanding of Finance and Administration processes.
2. Knowledge of IT applications such as Microsoft Office, SAP, Procurement, and T&E tools.
3. Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and data analysis techniques.
4. Fluency in English and Italian (oral and written).
5. Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
6. Business awareness and willingness to learn Finance & IT processes.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in Controlling, Finance, IT Finance, or Business Analysis roles is required.
