Bvlgari IT Business Analyst - Finance & Administration

- Monitor and update the status of Finance & Administration applications across all Bulgari legal entities.
- Assist in preparing and tracking roll-out plans with Local CFOs, considering financial and resource constraints.
- Provide operational support for corporate IT Finance projects.
- Facilitate communication between Local Finance teams and the Central IT Department for project implementation and improvement initiatives.
- Organize periodic meetings with Local CFOs to collect requests, support prioritization, and follow up on action plans.
- Collaborate with the IT Department to consolidate global CFO needs for new projects and enhancement requests.
- Monitor Finance & Administration budget and contribute to reporting activities.
- Track actual spending versus budget and prepare related analyses and presentations.
- Prepare documentation, process mapping, and user guidelines for application roll-outs and enhancements.
- Support data collection, validation, and reporting activities related to IT Finance tools performance and adoption.
- Provide operational and analytical support to the Pricing & Business Controlling team across ongoing initiatives and projects.
- Support testing phases, issue tracking, and coordination with stakeholders during system implementations or upgrades.
- University degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar disciplines.
- 1 year of experience in Controlling, Finance, IT Finance, or Business Analysis roles.
- Basic understanding of Finance and Administration processes.
- Knowledge of IT applications such as Microsoft Office, SAP, Procurement, and T&E tools.
- Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and data analysis techniques.
- Fluency in English and Italian (oral and written).
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Business awareness and willingness to learn Finance & IT processes.
- Excellence orientation and proactive attitude.
- Organizational and coordination skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration in cross-functional environments.
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Controlling, Finance, IT Finance, or Business Analysis roles is required.
University degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar disciplines.
