1. Manage end-to-end Finance IT projects, ensuring objectives related to scope, time, cost, and quality are achieved.
2. Act as a strategic partner to Corporate and Local Finance teams, facilitating finance transformation through IT enablement.
3. Identify and implement process improvements using SAP S/4HANA best practices.
4. Drive innovation through digital tools, automation, and systems integration.
5. Provide expertise in key financial processes including statutory and management accounting, planning, controlling, reporting, treasury, procurement, and travel expenses.
6. Lead process analysis and reengineering to eliminate inefficiencies and introduce scalable solutions.
7. Ensure alignment between IT solutions and evolving Finance business needs.
8. Oversee the lifecycle of finance applications, including vendor coordination, SLA compliance, change management, and budget control.
9. Support compliance and audit readiness, ensuring systems meet internal control and legal requirements.
10. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for SAP S4 FI/CO and its integration with MM, SD.
11. Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment activities with internal teams and external providers.
12. Support the migration strategy to S/4HANA and promote the adoption of modern tools.
13. Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
14. Manage running applications by handling incidents, problems, and changes within Bulgari’s IT Finance framework.
15. Support data governance and master data integrity across Finance and Admin domains.
16. Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing, contributing to internal standards and best practices.
17. Contribute to group-wide IT initiatives, sharing expertise with global LVMH partners.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Finance & Administration, preferably within consulting firms or multinational/luxury/fashion organizations.
2. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Management Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field.

1. In-depth knowledge of finance processes including statutory & management accounting, closing, controlling, reporting, planning, treasury, group reporting, procurement, and travel expenses.
2. Solid foundation in IT Project Management, both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
3. Proficiency in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and IT service management.
4. Experience in managing external vendors, system integrators, and AMS contracts.
5. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex information into actionable insights.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work in an international, multicultural, and dynamic environment.
8. High sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to results.
9. Continuous learner mindset, always seeking innovation and improvement.

11. Fluency in English.
