Bvlgari Inventory Control and Stock Management Specialist

- Execute all logistics activities including picking, packing, goods receipt, and goods issue for national and international shipments, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.
- Manage and reconcile data discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, liaising with senders and internal customers.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with customs, clients, and shipping agents, ensuring adherence to import/export rules.
- Oversee intra-plant product movements and accurately register data in the system.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and manage discrepancies between physical and financial stock values.
- Maintain and enhance inventory control records to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Represent logistics support at company events.
- Assist management in KPI analysis, updating logistics dashboards, and optimizing new processes and tools.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proficient in inventory techniques, warehouse, and stock management
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proactive and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and pragmatic problem-solving abilities
- Teamwork and collaboration
A minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or a related field within the luxury sector.
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
