1. Execute all logistics activities including picking, packing, goods receipt, and goods issue for national and international shipments, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.
2. Manage and reconcile data discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, liaising with senders and internal customers.
3. Coordinate and maintain relationships with customs, clients, and shipping agents, ensuring adherence to import/export rules.
4. Oversee intra-plant product movements and accurately register data in the system.
5. Conduct periodic inventory audits and manage discrepancies between physical and financial stock values.
6. Maintain and enhance inventory control records to improve efficiency and accuracy.
7. Represent logistics support at company events.
8. Assist management in KPI analysis, updating logistics dashboards, and optimizing new processes and tools.

1. Master’s degree in a relevant field
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles
3. Fluency in Italian and English

1. Proficient in inventory techniques, warehouse, and stock management
2. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
3. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous
4. Strong planning and organizational skills
5. Proactive and customer-oriented approach
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Flexibility and pragmatic problem-solving abilities
8. Teamwork and collaboration

A minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or a related field within the luxury sector.

Master’s degree in a relevant field.
