1. Manage and ensure accurate accounting of inventory flows and movements, ensuring full compliance with internal and external standards.
2. Oversee taxation processes and maintain internal control over financial closing and inventory management.
3. Interface Retail Beanstore POS with SAP, troubleshooting and reconciling interfacing errors and discrepancies.
4. Verify accounts payable invoices, including allocation of duties and handling charges to received inventory, and manage intercompany inventory invoice postings.
5. Coordinate shipment documentation and facilitate payments to overseas vendors, including customs duties declarations.
6. Conduct stocktake in Thailand stores, analyze stock discrepancies, and prepare stock adjustment reports for management review.
7. Coordinate logistics for shipping and transfers, including import/export clearances and documentation management with Ferrari/Agents.
8. Optimize warehouse storage space and conduct bi-annual housekeeping to dispose of unused items.

1. Minimum 5 years of inventory controlling experience.
2. Degree holder with finance/accounting knowledge preferred.
3. Luxury retail experience is advantageous.
4. Strong communication skills and high integrity.
5. Fluency in Tagalog and English.

1. Proficiency in inventory management systems and SAP.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
4. Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

Minimum of 5 years in inventory controlling, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in finance or accounting.
