Bvlgari Inventory Analyst

Bulgari is a renowned luxury brand specializing in watches and jewelry, with operations in the Asia Pacific region, including the Philippines.

1. Manage and ensure accurate inventory flows and movements.
2. Oversee taxation and internal control over finance closing and inventory management.
3. Troubleshoot and reconcile interfacing errors between Retail Beanstore POS and SAP.
4. Verify invoices and allocate duties and handling charges to received inventory.
5. Facilitate payments to overseas vendors by handling shipment documentation.
6. Conduct stocktake in Thailand stores and analyze stock discrepancies.
7. Coordinate logistics for shipping and transfers, including import/export clearances.
8. Optimize warehouse storage and conduct bi-annual housekeeping.

1. Minimum 5 years of inventory controlling experience.
2. Preferably a degree holder with finance/accounting knowledge.
3. Luxury retail experience preferred.

1. Ability to handle multiple streams of work under tight deadlines.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. High integrity.
4. Fluent in Tagalog and English.
